About the programme

A seven-day online International Faculty Development Programme for teachers, research scholars and early-career academics in law and the social sciences, convened jointly by the Centre for Legal Research and Studies and HRSPM's Sarsenapati Hambirrao Mohite Law College, Rajgurunagar (Pune).

The programme follows the life of a research paper from the first question to the published article: how to frame a question and choose a method, how to work across jurisdictions, how to write a paper that gets read, how to bring empirical and interdisciplinary work into legal research, what generative AI can and cannot do for a researcher, what editors and reviewers actually look for, and where to publish so the work is found and cited.

Seven lectures of ninety minutes each, one a day from Monday 14 to Sunday 20 December 2026. Weekday lectures run from 7.00 to 8.30 pm IST; the Saturday and Sunday lectures from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm IST. Attendance is recorded at every lecture, and participants who attend at least five of the seven receive an e-certificate of participation issued jointly by the two institutions.
